Growing up in rural Cumbria and having lived in the heart of the Lakes for the last few years with life changing adventures to the west coast and islands of Scotland, I have developed a deep love and appreciation for these landscapes. The enchanting hills, valleys and lakes, the wild and wonderful coastlines, the foreboding mountains, the expansive skies, and the beautiful flora, I find an abundance of inspiration in our natural world.

My journey began ​after graduating Leeds Arts University in 2019 with a degree in Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design. I moved back to Cumbria to pursue print, textiles and illustration in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside. Since then I have also completed a master's degree in Outdoor and Experiential Learning where I focused on connecting people to both art and the environment, creating awareness of our natural spaces as well as how they can be used to aid mental and physical health.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of my work as I use hand rendered processes through all stages of creation. Creating by hand is integral to my artwork. The authentic, original and sometimes imperfect results of paper cut collage, stencil screen print and mono print allow for personality to shine through, creating unmatched textures and explorations into bold colourways.
